I&#39;ve been a fan of Cypress Grove ever since I first tried their Humboldt Fog goat cheese years ago. I discovered Lamb Chopper recently at a local cheese shop. The guy at the counter told me if I like Lamb Chopper I should try Midnight Moon (another aged cheese from Cypress Grove). I couldn&#39;t decide which I loved more so I bought both. Midnight Moon with a bit of fig jam is a little bit of heaven. The saltiness of the cheese with the sweet of the fig...it makes my mouth happy!Jody Kelleynoreply@blogger.com
